The Cleveland Department of Public Health is offering free COVID-19 Vaccinations for homebound individuals.
In a partnership between the Cleveland Emergency Medical Services, Age-Friendly Cleveland, and the Cleveland Department of Public Health – homebound Cuyahoga residents can be brought and administered a COVID-19 right in their home. More than 200 individuals have been vaccinated through this program.
Based around your schedule, appointments typically last about 30 minutes. A small team of medical professionals will be on scene to administer the vaccination and wait the required time after the shot. Appointments can be for either the one shot or two shot dose.
To check if you or a loved one is eligible for an at home COVID-19 vaccination, you can call the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging at 216-621-0303 or visit AreaAgingSolutions.com.
For those who may not be eligible – the City of Cleveland is continuing to provide free COVID-19 vaccinations across the City. To learn about where the next vaccination site is, please call 216-664-2222
