In Case You Missed It

July 26, 2013- The 2013 National Senior Games are officially underway! The games kicked off July 19 and are going all the way through August 1 right here in downtown Cleveland. Majority of the games are being hosted at the astonishing, brand new Convention Center, as well as Cleveland State University and a few other venues.

The seniors will be taking part in just about every sport you can think of; from shuffleboard to badminton, from badminton to basketball, they’re doing it all! I’ve been to a few of the competitions so far and I can honestly say they have come to play! If you haven’t had a chance yet, you have to see it for yourself. The competition is heated, and the beautiful new Convention Center just adds fuel to the fire. Come on down this weekend, it’s a great event for the whole family and it’s absolutely free for the public. You can’t beat that!
