Mayor Frank Jackson Introduces Community Engagement Officers to Cleveland Police

The City of Cleveland has introduced 15 new officers dedicated to act as Community Engagement Officers (CEO)
The Community Engagement Officer initiative is a grassroots movement to improve relations between police and citizens of Cleveland. An average day for a CEO may include visiting a local school, attending community events, or spending time at a recreation center.
