Thursday, January 24th the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission honored the regions top athletes and TV20’s own Christian Patterson, Leah Haslage and Kenyon Johnson were there to capture the action! There were many fun moments throughout the night including the announcement of Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving making this years All-Star team! TV20 was backstage after the announcement was made to a very shocked and excited Kyrie Irving, who also took home the GCSA Professional Athlete of the Year Award.

 

 

Also attending this years event were Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and the new Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski, who presented this years Courage Award to Molly Miller. The legendary Don King, along with Gary Waters, were on hand to present the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland 2012 Best Moment in Cleveland Sports which went to Mentor High School head football coach Steve Trivisonno and St. Ignatius head football coach Chuck Kyle in honor of their teams’ OHSAA Division I triple overtime playoff game.
