Last week our 16 contestants had their first official weigh in! Without giving away any spoilers (cause you definitely want to tune in to the new season when it premieres in a few weeks!), let’s just say so far most of our contestants are right on track!
We had personal trainer Dan Bednar of Cleveland Fitness Revolution in studio as our special guest. He discussed the importance of a proper diet and showed us some great work-out moves you can use!
