January 4, 1987  TV20 General Manager Kathy Allen started working for the City of Cleveland. 26 years later, she still loves her  job of being General Manager of TV20 and Cabinet Member in Mayor Frank G. Jackson’s Administration. She has worked to develop the great programming you get to watch each week for the station, including creating the 60 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
