Mayor Jackson swore in the cities first Hispanic Chief of Fire, Angelo Calvillo, and first female Commissioner of Emergency Medical Services, Nicole Carlton.
He also signed into legislation law ordinance 1446-13 allowing transgender residents to use the restroom that correlates with their gender identity.
The Mayor discussed the many successes in Cleveland sports in 2016, as well as, the Republican National Convention.
