Last week the University Settlement, along with Third Federal Foundation, hosted the 4th Annual Taste of Slavic Village at the Bohemian National Hall at Sokol Greater Cleveland. Mark “Munch” Bishop of WKNR and ESPN Sports Radio was the Master of Ceremonies again this year, and talked to us about why he loved working with University Settlement. DJ Kishka spun polka favorites while everyone dined on great food from featured restaurants Krusinski’s Fine Meats, Remmer’s Place, Sokol Greater Cleveland, the Green Corps, R&K Sausage, Old World Foods and Union Community Garden.
