NuLife Fitness Camp has recently announced that they are holding their first outdoor spinning class at the Art of Fitness Outdoor Cycling Event during Walk All Over Waterloo event on Friday, August 7th.
President and CEO of NuLife Fitness Camp, Miesha Wilson stated that: “This event is one of a kind. It’s an infusion of health and art in a way that’s never been done in Cleveland. I’m excited about this event because it allows us to display creative ways to get our community in health and wellness.”
This event is all about having fun but the camp is committed to transforming Clevelanders’ lives. Miesha has been changing lives for nearly 10 years now with a business model that includes a meal plan, weight training, high-intensity cardio, and weekly weigh-ins. She has helped Cleveland lose more than 250,000 pounds in total over the years.
There will be two 60 minute rides- 6:00p.m. 8:00p.m. There will also be a yoga demonstration and face painting for kids. The rides are $25 and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Cleveland Foodbank to help the fight against hunger.
