Cleveland, Ohio – November 11, 2013 at the Veterans day Celebration, four awards were being presented to this years honoree’s. The honorees were being recognized for the work that they have done in their communities as well as work that they have done for veterans. This years honorees were John Cimperman, veteran honoree, John H. and Elizabeth Franklin, citizen honorees, Alan K. Henry, student veteran of the year, and Brian Albrecht, media award of excellence. The commemoration was held at 11 a.m. in the Rotunda at Cleveland City Hall, 601 Lakeside Avenue. Mayor Frank G. Jackson, whom also is a veteran was in attendance.
