Cleveland Rocks New Year’s Eve

2015 is finally here and Cleveland is the best destination to ring in the new year! Ohio Homecoming held its 2nd Annual “Cleveland Rocks New Years Eve” event at Mall B and the Cleveland Convention Center. The cold did not stop anyone from packing the park in anticipation! Performances from DJ EV, Machine Gun Kelly, and Carlos Jones lit up the stage, as Clevelanders gathered to kiss 2014 goodbye!

Columbus Road Bridge Opens

The Columbus Road lift bridge has finally re opened to traffic after closing roughly 20 months ago! The over 30 million dollar project spans 222 feet across the Cuyahoga River, giving motorists better access from Ohio City and Tremont Neighborhoods to Downtown Cleveland and the Flats.

 150,000 Smoke Alarm Donated

Chief of the Cleveland Division of Fire, Patrick J. Kelly was joined by Co-Chairman of Forest Enterprises, Sam Miller and CEO of the Red Cross, Mary Alice Frank, to celebrate the installation of the 150,000 smoke alarm donated by Operation: Save a Life.
