Cleveland, Ohio – After months of innerbelt construction there will finally be an opportunity to see what all the dust has been about.  ODOT has reported that  the E. 9th street and the Ontario exits will be open as of November 9th, 2013. The down side is that E. 14th street on ramp and E. 21st on ramp  will be closed. These two on ramps will be closed until 2016. I guess  the price of beauty comes with a little extra traffic! Buckle up everyone!
